Personally I have no problem with the status change between men/women and believe that it is more fair like this. What makes me afraid me are the consequences... (one good... many bad)</description>

		<description>I absolutely agree with you that work and family are not mutually exclusive. If both partners are supportive and understanding then having a child and working is the best option for a woman as it is for a man.</description>
