		<description>Kenya, thank you for the context on James Andrews&#039; infamous Tweet about Memphis. I can certainly understand a reaction such as he had after encountering an intolerant hotel employee. 

Of course, if he knew that clients from FedEx were following his Tweet stream, he should have considered the fact that they might jump on him for the comment. Clearly, as you&#039;re suggesting, there&#039;s some underlying hostility from the internal communications folks versus their external PR firm.</description>
