Obama’s Speech on Race

Barack ObamaHere’s a link to audio of Obama’s speech yesterday on race.

I think that this was the best speech I have ever heard with regard to race. It was simply brilliant. Obama addressed and validated the feelings on both sides of the issue which (as far as I know) has never been done. He confronted it instead of ignoring or cowering away like most do. I applaud him.

And I am just now reading that he wrote this speech himself. I knew they had to be his words. They sound sincere and real.
