Fake A– Profiles

It seems that right after MySpace announced that they were going to crack down on spammers that my spam intake increased. Whenever I’m online I get a barrage of spam messages and friend requests.

Now I knew that most of the Friend Requests were from fake people – most likely bots. It’s easy to tell which ones are fake, especially the women with bikinis and the guys with their shirts off. Many of them have different pictures but the same text in the About Me section. But this takes the cake. One of these dudes is 21 and from Carbon Hill, Ohio and the other 20 from Washington, DC.

These profiles have the same photo but different names and the profiles contain different info. Interestingly enough they have the same favorite friends which causes me to believe that they are indeed fake as well.
