Why Do I Pay Taxes and Condo Fees?

Granted there was an unusual amount of snow and ice that fell. Granted schools were closed. But does it make sense that my road was still not plowed at all at around 5 in the afternoon when it finished snowing the night before? If you look at the picture below you will see that the plowed portion is my condo’s parking lot. The snow covered part is the road. With this much snow on the road, it’s hard to tell where the side walk starts. There’s at least 6 inches of snow and ice in the road.
On the other picture you will see that only a small patch of snow was removed in the condo parking lot. You can see one of my neighbors with rear-wheel drive stuck in the snow and ice.
